MUNYAX ECO

MUNYAX ECO is a gender sensitive company specialized in solar energy (thermal & photovoltaic) and energy efficiency sectors providing access to clean and affordable energy. Operating since 2013, the company was founded by Francine Munyaneza, CEO. Francine is a Rwandan national.
MUNYAX ECO was selected by REG (Rwanda Energy group, the national electricity company) to be a certified supplier/installer of Solar Water Heaters, Minigrid and Solar Home Systems). MUNYAX ECO has installed solar water heaters to more than 1200 B2B & B2C clients giving energy access to more than 10,000 people. It also supplies solar photovoltaic off grid systems, Solar Street light and very soon other solar equipment (Solar Home Systems, Solar Cold Chain and other Solar productive use equipment).
After five years of operation, MUNYAX ECO was recognized by the London Stock Exchange Group to be among «Africa’s fastest growing and arguably the most dynamic businesses» in its latest «Companies to Inspire Africa» report, released in January2019.
MUNYAX ECO won the AFSIA award in October 2020 also for the Residential Project of the Year for exceptional achievement in the field of Solar Water heaters.
